Our Local Area

Eastwood End is an ideal location for all types of leisure activities, in particular canal cruising, with the popular Lyme View Marina a short walk away. For the more energetic Middlewood Way offers a 10-mile traffic-free route for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.

The National Trust has many historic properties in the area, the most notable being Lyme Park, where scenes for the television series 'Pride and Prejudice' were filmed.
